How does the QR redemption work?
When a customer claims your offer, they receive a unique QR code valid for 30 minutes. They show it at your venue, you scan it from your LocaleX dashboard, and the deal is confirmed. Simple as that.
What if the customer doesn't show up?
You only pay when the QR code is actually scanned at your venue. If a customer claims a deal but doesn't come in, you pay nothing. The QR expires after 30 minutes.
Can I control how many customers claim my offer?
Yes. When creating an offer you can set a maximum number of claims. Once reached, the offer automatically closes. You can also set a time window — for example, only valid for 2 hours on Tuesday afternoon.
How do I receive payments?
Customers pay you directly at your venue as usual. LocaleX invoices you monthly for the 15% commission on completed redemptions. No payment processing required from your side.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. No minimum commitment. Start for free, upgrade or cancel anytime. We succeed only when you succeed.
Which areas does LocaleX cover?
Currently live in Dubai. We're expanding to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE cities in 2026. If you have multiple locations, you can manage all of them from one dashboard.
